No. Samples should always be sent to our Gothenburg office. If sent to our warehouse, they may accidentally be disposed of during warehouse processing. Samples should not be sent together with commercial shipments unless specifically agreed.
Can I send mixed SKU cartons?
We strongly prefer one SKU per carton. If mixed cartons cannot be avoided, please clearly specify the SKUs and quantities in each carton and group identical SKUs together whenever possible.
How many days before delivery should I notify the warehouse?
At least 3 working days before arrival.
Who should I contact regarding deliveries?
Postpac Inbound Team and the Mshop Purchase team.
What compliance documents are required?
This depends on the product type. However, electronic products generally require compliance documentation such as a Declaration of Conformity (DoC), RoHS, EMC and, where applicable, RED test reports.
What is required for edible products?
For edible products, the packaging must include an ingredient list in Swedish/Danish in accordance with applicable labelling requirements. This typically applies to food supplements.
